Gearing Up for
the Hudson
Harvest Festival!

Mark your calendars for
September 24th: it’s time for the Hudson Harvest Festival! For those of you who may not be familiar with
the Festival, it’s a fun-filled family oriented day with games, sporting
events, music and so much more. Once
again we are asking for your sponsorship and generous support for this
enjoyable day to bring our community, businesses and guests together.
Your kind donations will help
us with advertising, music, games, volleyball, baseball and countless other
activities. Your sponsorship, available
in multiple levels to fit your company’s or family’s
financial capabilities, will be advertised in local
newspapers, on posters and at the Festival itself. This year we are pleased to offer our largest
contributors space to hang advertising banners at the Festival.
Vendor booths will also be
available at the park during the Festival.
We will be offering this booth space for free as a thank you to any
contributors over $500.
Last year we were regrettably
unable to hold the Festival. We felt
that with the recession, it might be difficult for our local supporters to
offer us much help in the way of donations.
However, we don’t want to lose another year before we host the Harvest
Festival! Please know that your generous
donation is greatly appreciated. With
your help, we look forward to continuing this long established tradition in the
Hudson area.
