Good Morning Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce Members

The Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce is holding a special meeting March 31, 2009 at 6:00 pm.  We are meeting at Fire House #1 located next to the Hudson Tire Center on Cedar Street.

The festival date is set for Saturday, Sept 19, 2009.  Your input and decisions are greatly appreciated and needed for the success for this Fabulous, Fun and Family event.  The following items will be covered at the meeting.

1)   The hours of the festival

2)   Theme & Logo for this years festival, please bring your rough draft drawings.

3)   Approve changes to fundraiser letter.

4)   Assignments for committees-Volunteers are needed, think of groups we should contact.  Please bring names and contact information.

5)   Brainstorm and discussion for entertainment & games.  ie.  Hula hoop race, bed race, 3 legged race, face painting. etc, etc,

6)   Bring your dinner to the meeting.  Share your ideas.
